Following the incredible success of our first conclave, we are back! The 2nd Annual Conclave is set to happen in the heart of Motihari. This year, we are diving deep into the issues that matter most to Champaran and Bihar through four power-packed sessions.

We are looking for passionate student/youth to share their views. Selected speakers will get 3 minutes to present their ideas on a grand stage in front of leaders and experts.

2. Record Your Speech: Choose a topic and record a clear 3-minute video of your speech.

3. Choose Your Topic: (Select any one topic from the list below).

  • Healthcare: How Bihar Can Become a Leading State in the Health Sector (स्वास्थ्य: स्वास्थ्य सेवा क्षेत्र में बिहार को अग्रणी राज्य बनाने की दिशा)

  • From Job Seekers to Job Creators: The Role of Champaran in Youth Entrepreneurship in Bihar (नौकरी खोजने वालों से नौकरी देने वालों तक: बिहार में युवा उद्यमिता में चंपारण की भूमिका)

• Climate Governance for Sustainable Development in Bihar (सतत विकास के लिए बिहार में जलवायु शासन)

• Gender Equality: Leadership, Policies and Governance (लैंगिक समानता: नेतृत्व, नीतियाँ और सुशासन)

• Fundamental Rights and Fundamental Duties of Citizens (नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकार और मौलिक कर्तव्य)

• Education: Awareness among Youth and the Need for Educational Transformation (शिक्षा: युवाओं में शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता और शैक्षणिक परिवर्तन की आवश्यकता)

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Advantages and Disadvantages (कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता: लाभ और हानियाँ)

4. Submit Application: Upload your video and details. 

5. Auditions (Offline): Shortlisted candidates must visit for a live audition.

6. Final Results: The names of the final speakers will be announced on Mid week of July 2026 (Evening).
